At Superfly, we believe in the benefits of regular check-ups and treatments for our canine athletes. To encourage you to get your dog(s) checked regularly we offer three different types of membership that help your pocket:
Members at each level receive the following benefits:
Bronze Membership Package – £140
- 4 Maintenance treatments – one each quarter
- 5% Discount on all Superfly products and services
- 25% off all Superfly hosted online courses
Silver Membership Package – £200
- 6 Maintenance treatments – one every two months
- 10% Discount on all Superfly products and services
- 50% off all Superfly hosted online courses
- Monthly payment option available – £50 deposit followed by 10 monthly payments of £16 by direct debit
Silver Membership Package – £400
- 12 Maintenance treatments – one each month
- 15% Discount on all Superfly products and services
- Free access Superfly hosted online courses
- Monthly payment option available – £50 deposit followed by 10 monthly payments of £36 by direct debit
Terms and Conditions
- When purchasing monthly payment option, the deposit is taken at time of purchase. You will then be e-mailed a direct debit form for completion prior to membership commencement.
- Membership is attached to owner not the dog
- All memberships are for a year in duration, and may be renewed at anytime
- Where yearly membership is paid in full, treatment entitlement may be used at anytime. For monthly paid memberships, entitlement is at the above frequencies.
- It is the owners responsibility to book appointments when they are due
- Memberships may be cancelled at anytime with 1 months notice and the following will apply:
- No refund on monthly paid memberships
- Memberships paid in full will receive refund for months left based on the monthly payment scheme minus any over used entitlement
- All discounts and accesses will be removed at date of cancellation
- Monthly payment scheme will incur a £10 admin charge
- £50 deposit taken on all monthly schemes with balance paid over the next 10 consecutive months.
- Where direct debit payment fails, it is the owners responsibility to contact us to make manual payment within 7 days. Where payment is not received within 7days membership will be cancelled.
